I love Facebook and its my way of keeping up with what overseas friends and family are up to
and sharing photos i have caught up with heaps of people and am amazed at who turns up it was easy to set up and a great way to keep in touch

I found this web 2.0 traning enjoyable and helpful to my work and much easier than the first one once i had a chance to explore everything very good exercise indeed
